The hotel itself is not fantastic anymore but gives you access to the spa directly. The room was too hot. I mean too hot and there sacno regulation in the room to make it cooler. The view to the spa was great
We were satisfied with all the services and would recommend the place for all. Families with kids would love the slides and wave pool, elders would enjoy the hot water pools. The massages were at high level. The food at breakfast could be better but the lunch and dinner was really tasty.
I loved it, not much to say, 21 meter tower, I am slovakian in fact but I speak English better, It has mineral waters, room was very cozy, one problem I could say was that trains kept passing by, but it was fun, and it was perfect and idk what to say.
The thermal water was very nice and the park overall was enjoyable. There were waves, tubes and other attractions. The dressing area was very poorly arranged, male and female together but with a separate shower area (which was not clearly separated).
Enjoyed our day here. The thermal pools were lovely and it wasn't very crowded. We ate at the pizza and pasta restaurant where the food was nice and at a reasonable price.
A great hotel, friendly for both children and adults, no matter the weather. Outside the hotel, there are beautiful and nearby attractions for the whole family to visit (caves, mountains). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. I recommend it.
Very nice place with indoor and outdoor pools. A lot of tobbogans, indoor as well as outdoor. It is possible to enjoy the pools also in colder weather. I recommend the Galeria hotel's breakfast which are the best start to day full of water fun . Rooms are also fine, fully set up with soap, shampoo, hairdryer etc.... Hotel Galéria Bešeňová is kids friendly and nice place for family holiday.
Really nice experience. Pools were nice, food was really good and room was super tidy and nice. Good value.
